Services recognizes the importance of having the option to purchase
affordable health insurance as well as being able to take advantage of
other incentives offered through employment. As such, we have several
benefit programs available to our employees. If you would like

Aflac
Aflac
is available to all fulltime, part-time, permanent or long-term
temporary employees. This benefit plan covers disability, cancer, personal accident, personal life plan, dental and sickness indemnity.
Some features of these programs include: first day coverage, benefits
paid directly to the employee, benefits paid over and above employee's
current health plan, family coverage and portability. Because all
programs are portable, you may keep them even after your employment with
Our Gang has ceased.
Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is available to all employees of
Our Gang Staffing Services. As always, time cards must be submitted to
our office every Monday no later that 4:30 p.m. Payroll is processed
each Tuesday; however, funds will not be designated into your account
until Thursday morning. If you would like to sign up for direct
deposit, please complete the Authorization Agreement for Automatic
Deposit form which can be downloaded from this site. Please allow one
week for the initial processing of your Direct Deposit request which
must be submitted to your local branch office.
Holidays
Our
Gang will be giving paid holidays as a new benefit effective January 1,
2009. All employees will be eligible for paid holidays after working
800 hours starting over each year. The paid holidays will include:
Memorial
Day 4th of July (if it falls on a weekend the Friday before or Monday
after will be paid)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas
Day
Employees must work their scheduled day before and after
the holidays.
Paid Vacation
Another
new benefit for our employees will be paid vacation. Anyone working
1500 hours starting over every January 1st will be eligible for vacation
pay. The amount paid will be at the current rate of pay for the
average number of hours worked in the previous three months.
