Temporary Staffing

Vacation, sick leave and seasonal workloads are just a few of the many reasons why temporary employees are key to the continued success of your business. This option ensures that you will be able to avoid exhausting your regular employees and the costly overtime hours that would accompany overusing your core workforce. It also allows you to continue to focus on your daily tasks as we will take care of the time consuming recruiting process.

Paperwork. This word is not taken lightly in the busy world of HR. As such, the only paperwork that you will incur as the result of utilizing our temporary workforce is a weekly invoice. We take care of all new hire paperwork, worker's compensation insurance, payroll, taxes, child support payments, full liability insurance and year end W-2 statements. All employees are also covered under bond insurance. We are able to help you through any employee issues which you may encounter as well as handle any unemployment claims for the employees which work through us.

If you have temporary or seasonal employees which were recruited by your business, you may also opt to put them on through our services for your convenience. All of the above mentioned benefits would still apply to each of the employees put on to work through our services. In addition, these employees would be eligible to participate in applicable benefits programs available through Our Gang.

Temp-to-Hire Staffing

As the cost of hiring has grown so has employer liability if the new employment relationship does not work out. This is the very reason why Temp-to Hire staffing is an attractive option to many of our clients as a trial period is very beneficial to both the client as well as the employee. Our Gang will recruit, screen and assess employment skills and thoroughly interview potential employees for your business, but you may also choose to play a part in the final stages of finding a "fit" for your company. Many clients like to have our Certified Staffing Professionals refer the top candidates for the job to them at which point they may opt to conduct a face to face interview. This may take place at the client location or in one of our private and confidential interview rooms which are provided at no additional cost. The client then has the option to decide whether or not the employee will be a "fit" for the position. This allows you to ascertain whether or not the employment relationship would be beneficial before committing to hire such an individual onto your direct payroll.

Direct Hire Staffing/Recruiting

Our Gang Staffing is ready to put our expertise to work for you. As your day is undoubtedly filled as it is, there is often not much time left in the work week to commit exclusively to recruiting. Our staff is specifically trained in the recruiting process, and we would be able to help you in your search for qualified employees. This process is very similar to that of Temp-to-Hire staffing, but you would have the option to directly hire the employee onto your payroll after the interviewing process has been completed.
